I noticed in November that I was billed twice - once on November 10 and again on November 12. Can you please let me know why I was charged twice. My subscription is $15/month

I think Community member should not just give up without trying to help, and simply give you link to PM ticket, I think we should try to help
so, did you try to make a plan change at Nov 12? When login My Account, go to the Payment page, do you see it show you the charges on both Nov 10 and 12? If just one, which date? was it charging the correct amount?
and if you see two charges on the credit card, they both showing $15 + tax?

We're all customers like you. Here is how you contact customer service. They will offer you a "credit" to your account. But you do have the right to a refund which can take up to 3 weeks to be returned. A credit may be a better option and is done within 24 hours.
