Billed once, but charged twice in August

When checking credit card history, I noticed being charged twice in August. One on August 13, another on August 14. Same amount. Public mobile showed only one bill on August 14 only. Any one has similar issue? Chatbot told me to contact customer support agent, but won’t tell me know. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I got a response almost immediately after opening the ticket. Provided information agent requested, haven’t heard back yet. Here is partial email showing what I need to provide:

In order to access and secure your account, please send me:

Your first and last name
Public Mobile Phone Number

Last payment amount and the date
Account number
Last four digits of the registered credit card on the account
Email address
Address and postal code on the account”.

@Mrowe   If you plan on staying with PM don't dispute the charge with your CC company, wait for customer service to get back to you.  People have said that if you dispute the charge you will have to use vouchers for a year afterwards.

I have done that, just wondering how long it takes to get a response. Or if I should just dispute the additional charge with my CC company.

open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Have you had any luck getting a response? Same thing happened to me both posted on the 13th

That’s the first thing I checked. Both  transactions have no pending sign.

@Dogniuniu   Sometimes one charge is "pending" and is removed once the payment is authorized and goes through so you might want to check that on your credit card.
