The email which is used to register is not working anymore and now I have to pay the bill. But they are continuously send codes to that email to verify. Please help me with this problem . Thanks

I'm assuming your phone is suspended which us why you cannot send the verification code to your phone #? You can also pay for your plan with a pm voucher by dialing 611 from your phone or 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter your 10 digit phone #. For more info on pm vouchers....

You will have to contact agent to update your email.
- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here
Watch for envelope in top right corner. It will show Number of unread emails.

type request email and password reset
