I keep having technical issues trying to view my bill, pay my bill, and with the chat bot. I need to talk to a real person to help me figure somwthing out so that i will be able to pay the proper amount of my bill when the time comes. 

Is there any way to speak to a person to help me figure all this out?

PM is done all online so no real staff to speak to…only by private messaging or create a ticket on Chat.

To access your account and make payment. Did you create a Eversafe ID before trying to access your account?

Click on Sign Up then login.

Try logging in again into self service bit clear your browser cache and go incognito. Choose the Payment option and it should give you an upcoming amount due.

you could get payment vouchers at places like Shell Gas or London Drugs...then dial 611 to add them to your account.
