I’ve been overcharged a bunch of times for add ons that I didn’t ask for, can’t get through on any help desk or chat or submit a ticket because all I get is errors and unhelpful responses. Thought my account would not even allow add ons and then I have had 3-4 this month alone. How the heck do I get help so I can stop this madness, if I can’t get a solution I’m going to be cancelling my services

Are you the only person in your family using PM that's on your credit card or are you the only one? Does anyone else have access to your phone? These would be my two questions to better understand things.

Do you have other family members on PM because when their data is running out?PM will inform them and when they reply with YES. It will add-on additional data.
