Being overcharged even though I have credit?

So I'm currently on a $120 three month cycle plan but I'm on autopay and have $2 credit from community posts so it shows that I should only be charged $112. However I just noticed I've been charged the last several cycles as

$125.43.

Why is that? Am I misscalculating something or am I being overcharged?

I'm in Ontario. So even with taxes..isn't that the wrong amount?

I am in Ontario. Even with taxes it shouldn't be that amount.

I just wished there was a way we can remove posts.

@mpcdesignI think it has something to do with even cent digits. Perhaps $X.99 screams "+tax". I had the same thinking during sign up today with a second take of seeing the total due of $11.30, that split second of "wait I thought it was only $10 a month"

lol...i forgot about the tax!

@carmenleungTaxes? You must be in BC?  $112 + 12% = 125.44

@carmenleung, I had to look at my plan, as also on a 90-day cycle as well. I noticed that I have a lot of credits and debits, but in the end with the autopay, loyalty and community rewards, it's well below the $120 mark.

The only thing I could think is by any chance you add something like an add-on to your account? Look for something that's about $5 bucks?

If not, it's time to send a message the moderators. The moderators would look at your account, and either let you know and even refund your account. Instead of getting a refund on your credit card, just ask for a credit on your account. This way, you see the credit on your account right away! The moderators do a great job.

Send them a private message (see the link below). They will want you to send them a private message. Wondering why they want you to contact them directly? The moderator team will need to ask you some private information that you really don't want the forum and the world know such as your PIN number, account information, phone number and maybe an email address.

How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?

In your message please include:

  • PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue

Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:

  • Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount

How long until they reply?:

  • Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 9pm, and Sat-Sun 9am to 7:30pm [Totonto Time].
  • Messages are replied to during business hours and in the order, they are received
  • Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on the message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.
  • There is no need to send multiple messages.
