My account got suspended today because there was still 3$ to pay so I went and brought a voucher. When I called *611 and entered my NIP it said "We weren't able to process our request". Can someone help me please ?

@Luddite FYI, i successfully redeemed a voucher code about a couple hours ago.

You're the second person with a problem activating a voucher so I suggest you click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation. Put something like "NO SERVICE" in the subject line.
Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.
