Double payments have been coming out of my account a month. Tried getting in contact with costumer service I’ve gotten a ticket and missed the phone call had to submit another and never gotten a call back

@Wells16 are you able to go into your Public Mobile account (app or website) and confirm under the Payment history section that you have been overcharged? If you are seeing the double charge on your Credit card account only, many times this is because Credit card companies show pending charges coming up and then the actual bill amount will show up a day or so later at which point the pending charge should be gone however might take 24-48 hours to happen. Either way, if you have been over billed use the link shared already to open another ticket
