I am being asked to reactivate my phone plan, but I already have one. Further, when I attempt to access self serve, none of my information comes up. Whenever I log into my account I am immediately asked to activate a phone plan. I already have the $25 one and a sim card. I cannot bypass this issue and have used my phone and plan fine up until now.
When I get to self serve, it says that I don't have a payment plan setup and I cannot see the plan I currently have. It just loads and some of the tabs won't show proper information.

tried that. it didnt work. edge incognito did not work and using it on windows 10 pc and my phone has the same issue.

@teddie Try again incognito private mode or from another device lap top or computer see if that helps
