Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.

Have you attempted to resolve the problem by turning the phone off, and back on? This is one of the steps commonly advised by the moderators after self-serve hiccups.

They need a lot more moderators. I'm quite honestly gonna switch back to Fido next month. It's annoying and too many little issues like the one I'm having now where I'm without service for 2 days cause it didn't take the top up properly. I tag mods, message them and it still takes days before I get a reply. It's not the mods fault as I'm sure they're really busy and they are always nice and friendly when they get to you but not having enough mods is definitely hurting their customers.
