link for new password expired because email is coming too late

hey there!

the email with the link for resetting my password is always coming too late, the link is expired every time. what can i do? i forgot my password and need to renew my plan.

any ideas?

Paula sorry to hear you are having troubles.  As the Mod Team directed you if you send them a message they can help you out.  As this has been a HUGE issue in the past I tried it and was ablet o get the email within 2 minutes.  So I am hoping this is an isolated incident and not a widespread problem again.
