@benkrause Just make sure that you are not trying to add Public Mobile within your banking site/app as a payee. You have to add a credit card of some sort to your PM account for auto pay.

So how long has your account been suspended ...if longer than 89 days you need to start over with a new sim and a new account with a different email address.

Payment system is finicky.
For address of visa debit/credit card, make sure that it exactly matches your billing address. If apartment number, keep that section blank. With postal code, you may need to leave a space in between the first three digits or try without space.

You can't direct withdrawal from BMO bank account. You will need to register your Visa Debit card or another credit card via autopay.
