Hey community,
I've been with Public for a little over a year now, and autopay has never been an issue until i switched over to the promo plan a while back (12g/3 months).
Every 90 days, i would notice the phone not working, and check to see my account has been suspended due to outstanding payments. Has anyone encountered the same issue?

There are some ppl who appear to encounter a few more auto-pay glitches then others. Some have had success with having the mods look at their account to correct any issues.
Obviously make sure your method of payment is up to date. If you like you can send them a private message using this link : @CS_Agent, and click the private message button.
Provide them your name, account number and a brief description of the issue and they'll get back to you with a response. Hopefully they can do something to stop this from happening - it's very frustrating.
