When my account was charged this month I did not receive my Autopay Reward and I was wondering why? I did have an issue last month with the credit card (over zealous security locked the card) and had to change the card information.

Hi everyone and thank you for all the replies.
Looks like this is the answer. Phone was lost on Wednesday (June 30th) and couldn't be replaced until Friday (July 2nd) so I did suspend the service as a precaution until I could get the SIM card changed. I will contact the moderators.
Thanks again!

@HayHay2010 ... is Autopay Reward ($2) showing up as a reward item on the My Reward list on the Overview Tab as well?
you said your credit card had issue earlier and had to change the card info.. did that caused an Autopay failure and your account was suspended?

Does your account say you are registered for dynamic autopay? Did you possibly use the lost/stolen feature in your account even briefly? If so this causes a glitch that prevents your rewards from applying automatically. Contact the moderators to have them apply it manually.

Since your balance says zero and your payment was taken it appears your payment was taken from your auto pay set up. And also appears there are no manual top ups or accruals of funds due to other rewards from which the payment could have come from.
I would suggest you contact a mod as your auto pay set up was in place at the time of payment.

Hello @HayHay2010
There could have been a glitch when you made a change to the credit card info.
Do you see the $2 in your Available Funds balance, yet, by any chance?
If not, as long as you see that your account is still showing Autopay is enabled, contact the Moderators to have them add the $2 to your Available Funds balance. This way you will get $2+$2 off on your next renewal.
