When my account was charged this month I did not receive my Autopay Reward and I was wondering why? I did have an issue last month with the credit card (over zealous security locked the card) and had to change the card information.
Hi everyone and thank you for all the replies. Looks like this is the answer. Phone was lost on Wednesday (June 30th) and couldn't be replaced until Friday (July 2nd) so I did suspend the service as a precaution until I could get the SIM card changed...
