We have automatic payment but service cut off for nonpayment Have been using automatic payment for over 6 months with the same card with no changes. Wish you could actually talk to someone so they could tell you what to do

This also just happened to me today. I've had auto pay setup with same card no issues. Until today I got a text saying plan not renewed and my service was cutoff until I manually paid online. 😞

Sometimes it does happen for autopay to fail.
Add funds manually and service should resume (or 'resume' button should be there).

@Gregsayer Autopay could fail occasionally, please login My Account and click Pay Now and Resume Services to make a manual payment to resume service
