Is it possible your credit card expiry date has passed? That’s the most usual case of auto pay failure, although it’s not uncommon otherwise compared to other mobile service providers. (Though it should not be)
You can also buy public mobile payment vouchers at mobile, drug store, and service station locations. Just ask for top up cards for cell phones. They can be added by dialing 611 (it’ll work with suspended service) or through self serve in the payment tab.
