Automatic add-on to $15 province-wide plan

Hi,

I'm interesting in getting the $15 province-wide plan, but I am concerned that the 100 minutes of talk is too little. So, I wanted to know if there was a way to automatically add the "500 Canada Wide Long Distance Minutes" add-on if I ever used up my 100 minutes for that month. If this isn't possible, is there an easy way to find out how many minutes I have left?

Buy 2 x $5/500 min add ons. When 1 is used, buy another. Either buy now or wait for potential freebies.

Actually my suggested option allows the NEW $15 plan to make a Canada Wide call with no hassles. Having the $5 500 minute add on now has a dual function.

Hi @guestwilliam

To find out how many minutes you have left, go to your self serve account and click under data and add-on section.

If the line item for your minutes is not displaying, that means you have run out of allotted minutes for the cycle.

The noted section will look like this:

@guestwilliam , there is no way to have it added automatically. Just buy the $5 add on and keep it in your account.

It will kick in when needed. It is a great buy, and will stay with you for a long time if you rarely go over your 100 (30 plan) minutes.

EDIT: actually, that is pretty much what @softech said - 🤣

no auto add-on.  this is a prepaid service.

however, I suggest you just to buy the 500 min add-on first.  If it is not used, it will be there until all used up, no expiry day.  (the always deduct from your monthly pool first, once used up, then they will then deduct to the add-on pool.  Anything left on the add-on pool will roll to next month)
