Can't log into my account

When i try to log into my account to top up it doesn't do anything just says its loading..iv cleared my cashe, cookies. Etc..

I'm finding the system very slow and a bit buggy too right now. Probably due to everyone logging in to try and get the holiday promo. You should try again a bit later.

Same here, in BC. ...must be lots of people claiming the holiday bonus's. Try again throughout the evening.
