Auto pay issues

I signed up with Public Mobile 8 months ago and I signed up for Auto Pay.  The first payment went through just fine.  Three months later it did not work and I was cut off so I had to pay manually.  I was getting messages from Public Mobile that the credit card on my account was about to expire, so when I received my new card in the mail, I went to renew the information on my Public Mobile account.  It would not accept the change, told me to contact my bank.  I attempted renewing my card information again WITH my bank on the phone with me, typing in the mailing address to the exact character, information provided by my bank.  Still doesn't work.  I have read that putting anything into the Apartment # field messes things up so I have even attempted to add the apartment # into the Address field.  I even went into my profile and confirmed how the address was written.

   I have manually paid again, but would like to resolve this issue before the next payment is due.

I decided to try one more thing before contacting the moderator team.  I decided to NOT include my apartment number at all.  It worked!  I went to my bank's website to check and see how my address was listed and the apartment number was listed under an added field, separate from my mailing address.  I suppose that is why Public Mobile wasn't recognizing my apartment # at all.

I have tried that.  Still not able to re-add a credit card.  Thanks for the suggestion though.

Instead of updating the your card expiry date, you may want to delete the current entry and create a new one with the correct expiry date.  

 

I have not try this approach.  But it is worth a try.  Please let us know whether this approach works or not.

Common cc issurs:

 

Make sure the selfserve address and cc address are the same. 

Leave out last digit of postal if cc postal has a space

 

Leave out unit number
