My plan has been suspended due to non payment.
I am on autopay but the payment has not been taken yet.
Why is it taken so late? also, I don't want to pay it and lose my $2 autopay reward.
Help please?

@PatriciaD It's saying to pay $8 because late payment voids rewards. You need to pay to get phone to work again. Check if card got declined.

That is frustrating.
You could contact moderator for help, but it takes 1-2 days to respond. I would just manually load $8 into account and see what happens. Quicker that way. You could deal with the $8 later for following month payment if needed.

I am on the 25$ plan minus rewards it is 17$.
I just topped it off 17$ and its still showing as suspended and 8$ due.
It is very frustrating.

Sometimes autopay fails unfortunately.
You should still receive your $2. Try to manually reactivate your plan. Or manually load up funds to pay for your plan. It should re-activate.

Plan expired today and the renewal was yesterday

If you are on your renewal day, it's fine so long as your plan is still working. It's normal for the tool to cycle through a few nasty messages!
If auto-pay really did fail but worked in the past, is it possible your expiry date on your card has passed or that you were too close to your limit for it to successfully take the amount?
