Hi,
My status yesterday indicated a "suspended" account. Today $15 +tx was taken from my card instead of the usual $13 + tx. My $2 AutoPay was not applied. Do I just wait?

Here's an update on this issue: new problem affected renewals on October 23 and 24 2019.
If your phone is working, there is no need to contact Public Mobile.
PM is already aware. The AutoPay rewards you earned are forthcoming.

Normally, autopay discount should have been credit on night of renewal. Did you change plans earlier?
