My plan has been suspended due to non payment.I am on autopay but the payment has not been taken yet.Why is it taken so late? also, I don't want to pay it and lose my $2 autopay reward.Help please?

thank you for your help.I contacted a moderator and he responded within 5 minutes. my account is back up and active.

I am on the 25$ plan minus rewards it is 17$.I just topped it off 17$ and its still showing as suspended and 8$ due.It is very frustrating.

Plan expired today and the renewal was yesterday
