Hey, I had some issues months ago and switched carriers. (Well still technically Telus) but I've had automatic withdrawals from public mobile monthly but I can't log into my account to verify if it's my account which technically no longer exists? Or if it's my ex wife's who was able to attach her phone to my account? She claims it's not hers, tho I can't be certain? (When clicking on forgot password with my email, I don't get any emails sent?(checked all folders))

Once you port over to another carrier including Koodo or Telus. You account is closed and your SIM is dead. You can no longer access your account even if you tried Reset Password.
You can only have one account with one email so if your ex created an account with her email and you with your email. They are 2 different accounts.
