Auto Pay Not Working

HI,

I received a text saying my payment was not received and my service has been suspended.

I am signed up for auto pay, the correct information is there and I have never had a problem.

Is the system down, by chance?

I am getting the same message on my mobile and i tried  *611 but its not working either for me

You should try making your payment by calling 611 from your mobile phone instead.

That'll probably work better for you, this time.

It is not good practice to assign solution to yourself!!!

Just tried to pay manually it says error try later............which means I currently do not have service 😐

You will have to pay manually as autopay is not perfect.

Sometimes autopay fails. Today is your lucky day. Do a manual payment to restart the services.
