Dear Public Mobile Support Team,

I am writing to address a recurring problem with my Public Mobile account. Despite receiving frequent notifications stating that "...adjust your payment details..." and urging me to update my details to avoid service disruption, I have found no issues when logging into my account nor my payment card has expired. There are no options available to adjust or correct anything there.

As a longstanding and loyal customer, I am concerned about these misleading notifications and their impact on my account. I kindly request your immediate assistance in investigating this matter. Could you please determine why these notifications persist despite no apparent problems with my payment details?

 

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on any necessary steps or procedures to resolve this issue. Accurate information is crucial for maintaining uninterrupted service.

Just FYI ..going forward, this is the Public Mobile Community Forum, made up with PM customers like you and me. With that in mind..best not to include too much personal info or data in here. The Customer Service folks might ask for your info...but not here in the forum.
