Assistance Needed: Switch from eSIM to Physical SIM for Number Transfer

Rihame
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I recently initiated a phone number transfer from Fido to Public Mobile, selecting an eSIM option under the assumption that my phone was compatible. However, I have since realized that my device does not support eSIM.

To proceed with the transfer, I have now purchased a physical SIM card. I would appreciate your assistance in switching my account from eSIM to the physical SIM so I can successfully complete the number transfer.

Please let me know the necessary steps to make this change. Thank you for your help.

Best regards,

@Rihame

You need to pick up a SIM from Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store for $10 or order from Amazon for $5. Once you have the SIM in your hands. Contact a CS_Agent to help switch to the SIM.

you need to ask PM to help to make the switch for you.  Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

@Rihame , are you able to login to your self serve account?  If so, under profile there will be an option to change SIM card.  Make the necessary updates there and you should be good to go.
