Asking for a locked out friend

Hello

 

my friend is completely locked out of their public mobile account. The reset doesn’t work and says she has exceeded number of attempts . It has been weeks of waiting and trying. Anyone have a moderator who can look at this?

is her account still activated but suspended OR has it been deactiavted due to failure to pay within 90 days suspended. Have her dial 611 with her cell to hear current status and to pay using vouchers,

the unlock could work if she tries on Incognito/private/secret mode on the browser

if not, can she at least login to Community, message support agent  if she can or create a new community id and message support agent:
