You have to be active in helping others in the community to solve issues and help others where possible. This is rewarded by public mobile by means of discounts to your monthly bill. Asking questions doesn't earn points.

the only people getting the $20 are PM Oracles.
Do some lurking and reading about PM issues. If you can contribute to answering an issue raised in the Forum...bravo contributions ...help find solutions. Next thing you know, you could end up with anywhere from $2, $5 or $10 Community Rewards applied to your account. Be warned though...you'd have to spend lotsa time here in the Forum to garner substantial Rewards...easier to get the lower amounts though. You gotta like helping others actually. Others have suggested that collecting bottles beside the road would be more lucrative !! 😎

If you are a Points collector...here's how those work.
Give Back | 1-20 points | Participate and help others on the Public Mobile Community. |

Asking questions doesn't earn points. Points are for helping others. The exact formula is kept secret, but generally the more quality participation, the higher the Community reward will be.
