I started receiving the Generic Error this morning on my work PC and my Public Mobile phone. I have emailed a mod, but I will post here too. Oddly enough it works on my home macbook.
I am able to get it to work on the other devices by switch to French mode.
I have tried clearing cache and making sure I was not on my company's domain to assure it wasn't an SSL issue. I have also tried using a connection on a VPN to get me a different IP with no luck.
Anyhow... please help! I will post my work around in another thread.

I haven't been able to log into my self-serve account since July 30. I've already been helped by Shazia as much as possible, and still to no avail. Shazia had mentioned that it was fixed recently, but it appears that the account could only be logged in only 1 time since the fix, and with subsequent logins on any machine or browser, the generic error reappears.

I am unable to login to self serve. I am getting the "Generic Error" message. I've attempted to:
Clear my cache
Use a different browser
Use a different computer
Forgot password function
Reregister
None of which have worked.
Update: This issue has been solved. Thankyou mods and tech support.

I activated last night and received a confirmation email regarding self serve account creation but I can't login. I'm also still waiting for my number to be ported from Rogers.

I've tried since friday to log into my account and it doesn't work. I think that my number has ported to PM now, as my rogers sim no longer works.
But I am unable to make phone calls, text or use data... it says that I need to log into my account and make changes... I've tried to log into the account but it "fails"
