Major problems here. The app is not sending my OTP code to my phone so I am unable to log in. I can request an email from the a website but need to access via app

After all that I realized that I wasn’t receiving data, masked by my wifi connection to my home network. Then I discovered that my cellular setup in my phone was hooked to the esim. Big lesson here, check your cellular data setup first if you don’t have service
when I corrected that I had about 67 texts show up with all the OTP codes I’d requested
now if I could find out why I didn’t get my $10 off with the code I’m golden

I just discovered that contrary to what the chat told me, you can resend the OTP to email from the app. I didn’t realize you have to hold down on the “send new code” text and then the option will appear. Hopefully that will save me in the future. I was worried about accessing my account overseas when I don’t have my phone working

You can only do that from website, not the iOS app

Try to login again using the app and get the code via email,. After logged in, go to Profile, then Manage Eversafe ID and check the phone number
and btw, the Send email option should work on browser, too, using Incognito/private/secret mode and try
and if you still cannot receive code via text, ask PM agent

If you click on didn't get code, you can send to your email or voicemail. Just need to call your number from another phone to access voicemail.
If you can't properly log in, use the following.
Plus use the chatbot or direct link to contact a csa
