Hello,

over a year ago I had an issue with my credit card and cancelled it which messed up my public mobile subscription.  I was told I would have to pay by vouchers for a year before My Account access would be reactivated and I could set up automatic payments.  I have been trying to get help getting it reactivated but it tells me to sign into my account first.  When I sign into my account, it tells me to contact support.  This is getting really frustrating.  I just want to sign into my account and set up automatic payments so that I do not have to go and get vouchers every couple months.

over a year ago? you sure you can still reactivate the account? most company won't let you hold on to the number that long without paying
