Received the following recorded message when calling an operational local phone number: 8b1 or hb1 Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and try again?

The number called is operational?

but do you have the same message calling all numbers or just one?

Try again, it should work

If not, click the envelope icon on top right. If you don't see the envelope, click you avatar in top right to bring up the menu and select Messages

As they said they sent you a message.  So when you click on the link, you should see their message. You need to provide the details to the agent.
