I have been trying to activate a friend's cell phone. We created an account on Public Mobile, activated the SIM card, downloaded the app on his cell phone to finish the activation, but it won't let us log in on the app? We can log in on a computer, but not on the app? It just cycles back to the username and password. We are 100% sure the password is correct as we can log in the computer. HELP!!

this is a common problem. you should have started using the app to run through the activation
but support agent can help. You can submit ticket by direct message:
