I have been trying to activate a friend's cell phone.   We created an account on Public Mobile, activated the SIM card, downloaded the app on his cell phone to finish the activation, but it won't let us log in on the app?  We can log in on a computer...
I love all the new activation only promotions but it would be nice if we could sign up for them also.  Is there any way to get them?
I understand the need to have everyone on the same reward system, but I manage 5 family phones.  It will be a pain to once in a while to log on each account then check if enough points to make a payment.   Or am I missing something?
At one time of day would a new plan start?  It shows that I’ve used no data yet, credit card has not been dinged yet but I’m in the USA  and could use the data included now.  
i just added my daughter to public mobile. Is there a way to put her on the old reward system?  I don’t see the $2 off auto pay option either.
