So I've checked that I haven't used up my data for the month and I also still have remaining additional data usage from bonuses in the past and yet my phone keeps showing this alert that says "your data has been turned off by your phone provider".
I cannot use any mobile data anywhere - I have tried several different areas. There is no where on my email or account that says anything about my data being off.
Is there possibly something going on throughout the public mobile community or am I just having some bad luck?

HI @JL9 Hard to say if they will fix it soon. i think sometimes these data issue takes them long to figure it out the reason to fix. Also, hopefully it is just an issue with one site and not one area
Hi @ksalsaberry do you get this issue only when you are at some particular place? if you move away from it , do you not get this any more?

Normally, phones are set to connect to LTE then able to connect to 3G for calls. But they don't drop to HSPA when LTE is not present. So the phone is saying hey the LTE data connection is gone.
I had this briefly twice maybe yesterday and once a long while ago.
It would seem Telus and or Bell are mucking with their transmitters.

This appears to be a very recent issue in the last few minutes. Further investigation to its cause is forthcoming....
