Any chances of getting charged US roaming fees?

2 Questions:

1) If I have roaming on (even without any type of US roaming add-on), will I connect to US towers and be charged roaming fees if I use my phone in the US?

2) More importantly, if I get the 20$ 10-day US roaming add-on, after those 10 days have passed, is there any way that I can get charged roaming fees? (which is essentially the same question as #1)

Essentially I just want to make sure I never get charged roaming fees (If I leave my phone on roaming by accident)

@2kbray There is zero chance you will be charged extra. This is pay in advance service. If you get service after the fact, good for you, bad for PM but no extra charges.

No chance at all. Unless you have a 10 Day US Roaming add-on...you're phone won't work outside of Canada. You might receive tm's but you won't be able to respond to them using your PM account without the add-on.

1..no there are never overcharges with PM. If you live near border and you loose PM signal it may connect to a USA Network and you will get a text saying welcome to USA to use service buy an add-on.

You can change automatic network search to manual and manually select  PM network to avoid this.

2 - no never. Again never an overcharge with PM. You pay in advance for the services and that is all.
