An email error

Good afternoon

 

i just received an email saying that they shipped out a phone. Approximately two weeks ago I returned a phone. When I clicked on the tracking it shows the info from the phone I just returned. Is the email I received a cliche because I never ordered a new phone.

@AustinSeth   Yes, the email is being sent in error and can be ignored.  Others are reporting receiving the same email and customer support have confirmed to one customer that it can be disregarded.

edit:  sorry, I though you received an email about a SIM card which many customers have been receiving in error.  So maybe this is related to the same glitch that is sending out those errant emails.

looks like it's a system glitch. It could be that only PM sent the wrong email. Check your credit card to see if PM actually charged you first. If they did charge you, opened a ticket with PM support and asked them to investigate
