Allow to generate a payment voucher in rewards

Hi,

I see there a lot of rewards options but i think adding an option to generate a payment voucher would be great too as it will allow to send the payment voucher to another user who can apply that in their account via "Redeem Payment Voucher" option.

hi @bgoya funds cannot be transferred to another account, I think for this exact  reason, you won't see PM agrees to let you redeem the voucher
