can you do try reseat the SIM card
1.power down,
2.take out the SIM card,
3.wipe it clean,
4.put it back and power it up,
5.toggling airplane mode off/on
it happened sometime you know, A normal reboot without reset didn't work. At least try it,
only work after reseating the SIM card.

If you ported from a landline it could take up to 7 days to complete (but usually less)
Make sure you do not cancel your previous provider's services until the port is complete.
Incoming calls are usually the last to port over.
See helpful info. here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/port-fraud-protection
Are your other services working: outgoing calls, in/out texts, data?

In the unlikely event you have (unconditional) Call Forwarding enabled to Voicemail... you can disable this via your phone settings, or should be able to reset/cancel Call Forwarding by dialing: #21# ...then try having somebody call you again. Any luck?

did you just activated today?
outgoing calls no problem?
how about incoming text?
try this: power off the phone, take the SIM out and wipe it clean a bit. Put the SIM back and power it back up. Now, you can try testing incoming calls.

Incoming calls are the last to complete the porting process. (presuming you are porting from another mobile provider)
Be sure to keep your old SIM in phone to receive authorization text from prior provider, then you can replace it with your new Public Mobile SIM card.
Other options to try include:
