Are there any agents working right now? I've been try to reconnect with an agent for over 30 minutes and I'm being ignored so far.

Issue has been solved with a new sim card. Thanks for all the messages and replies.

If porting is the issue, there is a number you can call to the Porting Department.

I will pm you their number. They are working now.

Can you confirm that your payment went through with the original activation ? If yes, put your original SIM card back in and reboot?

I find it alarming that I tried to activate my new service a couple of hours and the sim card wouldn't work so I was told I had to go buy a new sim card which I did...I get back and get no response from anyone?

You're going to need a lot more patience. They sometimes will not respond for hours or until another day.

Sadly this is what happens when PM sends customer service to the other side of the world and not keep it here in Canada. They will eventually reply to you.

BTW, what issues are you having? Maybe we may have an idea or two?

There are CS Agents working now. Just hold tight. If you don't hear from them in an hour, then go to your sent folder and ask for an update. It's 7am there right now. 5pm Cent now for me.
