I switched from Fido and my account couldn't even log it give error
Forbidden A1
Phone isn't even working, Make things worse can't even create a ticket cause logging in doesn't work.
Please fix this my number is ###-###-####

I have the exact same problem. Transferring a number and now I'm locked out of my account. I can't submit a ticket because it forwards me to a page that also says "Forbidden A1."

Yes and the PM app don't even work anymore can't even login.
Physical SIM, Can't even submit a ticket cause can't freaking login, goes in error. Phone doesn't work either

@Heyde did you use the PM app to activate?? Didntiunget to step 6 of the activation?? physical sim or eSIM??
But it could be an issue that needs PM support 's attention

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
