Hi
I recharged my number with 3 choice package with Canada and US unlimited, global texting, 4GB of data and 30 days yesterday. And after recharging in the account its showing its active but I am not able to call I am not getting any call nor my data is working. I turned off my phone, I turned off my sim setting, I switched off the mobile over night and still its not working. Its saying I dont have the features to call. I am not understanding whats going on can any one help me please.

As mentioned above mod assistance probably needed. but out of curiosiity what do your available funds say? what do your plan options state? sometimes plan money might be in "limbo" charged to creditcard and put in available funds but not put towards a plan.

Unfortunately, there is an infrequent bug that affects reactivation when changing plans if the account is in suspension, and another that impacts valid accounts. You will need moderator assistance. Send any one of them a private message (if not familiar with that click here for info) with your phone number and an explanation. They have left for the day so channel your patient persona. 🙏
Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.

Was your account expired before and you chose a different plan than you had previously? If so, plan changes on expired accounts can only be done by a moderator. In that case, you'll need to contact a moderator by private message with your phone number and the details of the plan you want:
