Hello.
I tried to buy a new sim from this page https://store.publicmobile.ca.
1 Filled out all forms
2 Then payment by credit card
3 Then I saw the transaction
4 Then I saw the same page with "ZIP code does not match billing address"
The question is:" Do I receive the sim card after this message?"

If you have been charged, then don't order again. I suggest contacting the moderator team and having them look into fixing the original order which may be partially processed. I didn't receive any confirmation. I receive a message from the bank about 11.50 CAD.
If I try to re-order I think it will be another transaction.

Did you get a confirmation that you had purchased the SIM successfully? If so you should have received confirmation email with possibly a tracking # for the order. Check to see if you were charged on your CC.
Otherwise try to re-order, but leave out any spaces when filling in your postal code.
