My iphone says sim card that you currently have installed in this iphone is from a carrier that is not supported
do i contact apple with this?
I have owned this phone for a few years

@Roberto7317 contact your previous provider and ask them to unlock it for you.

Yes they can deal with it or you can walk into an Apple store they sound be able to help too
