After paying, cannot log in to account, cannot make calls

Public mobile set up for autopay, no changes, no log ins for months.

 

Today I go to call out, get message "no more minutes"

 

2 days ago got txt saying payment went through.  Checked bank info, money went to Public Mobile 2 days ago.

 

Went to log in account and cannot log in.  Tried via 611 and PIN does not work.

 

I used high strength random generated passwords, never log in.  

 

Cannot reach tech support, and that bot is useless sending me in circles.  Will not be recommending Public Mobile, what the hell is up with this?

Also, what plan do you have?  $15 plan or others?

 

if $15, any chance the minutes are used up?

 

if you have unlimited Canada Calling , try reboot your phone,, then try add a 1 to the 10 digits number you are calling, which 1-604-123-4567

@pubmoj  did your try Forgot Password link?  Enter thr correct email and you will be asked to answer the Security question you set up earlier.
