Just as Jak has replied, you need to select a plan with local calls.

Hi @Abdou91;

If I understand correctly, you selected a data only plan and then bought a 200 min LD add on planning to make calls with that. Unfortunately, that won't work, the rules are that you need a base talk plan in order to use add on minutes. It's part of fine print bullet #5 on the Plans page " Long distance add-ons require a monthly talk feature on the rate plan."

Unfortunately you are not the first to have run into this, it's pretty common actually, see http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Public-Lab/Should-block-buying-LD-add-on-if-not-on-a-t...

In the past the moderators have sometimes been able to help out, @Shazia_K @Mary_M

As stated above, talk in your plan is required to to use add-on.

Unfortunately, you can't use the LD add-on to replace a talk plan. You need a talk plan first.
