I selected a data plan , and i selected an addon for 200 min long distance and us ( i dont need more than 200 min fir 3 months !!But when i try to make a call ! The automated system says you re not allowed to make calls !!!

Can i use public mobile services in momcton new brunswick , and can i keep my old number !
