Also, reboot your phone once and check if it works
Make sure you don't have any data limit enabled on your phone. if you do, disable it first and test

To get most up to data account status:
Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
DO you see 1GB add-on on your account at all?
