Using your credit or debit card for your PM service is perdy EZ and you get a coupla bucks off your plan if you set credit card to Autopay.

Don't use credit cards??...just get payment vouchers at 711 or many other retail outlets...then dial 611 to add that voucher to your account.

On-line payment vouchers are available, but you'll pay a small fee for their "convenience".

In your perfect world...how would payment be made any easier ?  🎅

The most hands-off approach is to add a payment card to the account (you can do this under the Payment tab) so Public Mobile handles 'pulling' the payment from the registered payment card.

PLUS - you get $2 off per payment cycle!!!

To set up AutoPay, sign in to your Self-Serve account, select the ‘Payment’ tab, then ‘Register for AutoPay’.

From here, you can sign up for AutoPay or remove the feature, if you no longer want payments to automatically occur. If you would like to change the card that is automatically charged, scroll to the bottom of the ‘Payment’ tab, then select ‘Manage my card’. This will allow you to update or remove your credit or Visa Debit card.

You can purchase a voucher or prepaid debit card.

Hi @So1990sp   you have problem with credit card payment?  Autopay is the best way to add fund and save time.

If you have problem adding fund using credit card, try voucher or instant top up..

@So1990sp  Are you having issues adding funds to your account?. You could always pick up a top up voucher at a corner store.

@So1990sp  adding vouchers (through Self Serve OR by calling 611), OR paying by credit card on Self Serve (or 611 if you have a card registered) - are the best ways to pay.

Are you having difficulty with these?
